Before creating a design, owner Beau Riedel first spends time with YOU to gather information about your home, lifestyle, budget and understand how you want to use your outdoor spaces. In order to see how home exteriors can be enhanced we take the time to visit the site to determine what landscape features exist. We look at the views to and from the site and understand how your privacy is affected by your neighbours.

View. Admire. Pride.

  • Remove sticks and other debris before mowing.
  • Dress sensibly. Wear long pants to protect your legs. Use shoes that have nonskid soles and that completely cover your feet (no sandals).
  • Avoid cutting the lawn at night, during lightning storms, when it?s raining, or when grass is wet.

How can I make sure I?m getting the right designer or contractor for my backyard project?

Before you hire anyone, you need to ask tough questions that will make you a more informed consumer. Make a list, leaving space to write the answers as you interview prospective contractors. Here are some questions to start with:

  • Can you stay within my budget? What happens if you don't?
  • What sort of guarantee do you provide on workmanship and materials?
  • Do you have proof of insurance?
